In my book MY BROTHER SAM IS DEAD Sam goes off to the war and while Sam is off fighting in the war his dad is taken prisoner and he dies on the boat ride. Sam comes home he is accused of stealing his own cattle he was sentenced to death was shot 5 times and died. I think you should read this if you like sad endings.
